Mutton chops



Ingredients -

  • Mutton chops -   400  gm.
  • Onion -  3 medium size
  • Tomato -  2 (puree)
  • Yogurt -   1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste -  1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder -   1tbsp
  • Green chillis -  3 (slit)
  • Garam masala -  1tbsp
  • Oil -  1 1/2 tbsp
  • Lime juice -  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper -  5-6
  • Salt -  to taste
  • Turmeric powder -  1/4  tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick -  1/2 inch piece
  • Cloves -  5-6
  • Mint leaves -  2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green cardamom -  5-6

Method -

  1. Heat oil in a pan add blackpeppar, clove, cadamom pods and cinnamon.
  2. Add sliced onion and saute for five to seven minutes.
  3. Add mutton chops and mix well.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, ginger julliennes and slit green chillies, mix well.
  5. Cover and cook for twenty minutes while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala and saute. 
  7. Add the tometo puree and mix well.
  8. Cover and cook for ten minutes, stir occasionally and add water if necessary.
  9. Add yogurt, lime juice, remaining garam masala, mint leaves and mix well. 
  10. Cook for three to four minutes or till the masala dries up.
  11. Garnish with mint leaf and serve hot.

Garlic bread

Garlic bread  Ingredients- Oregano- 1/4 tsp Sugar- 1 tsp Flour- 2 cup Active dry yeast- 2 tsp Warm water- 3/4 cup Olive oil - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Cornmeal- 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese - 2 cup Garlic salt - 1/2 tsp Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp Dried parsley - 1/2 tsp Method- Mix sugar and warm water together.add in yeast and allow to proof about 5 minutes. Add in olive oil. Add in flour and salt in mixer .mix until smooth and elastic. Place dough in bowl. Cover and allow to rise for about 1 1/2 hours. Mix together 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and garlic salt,garlic powder and parsley. Preheat oven to 450 degree c .place a baking stone in oven while preheating or a cookie sheet turned upside down. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Divide dough in half and press out half of the dough into a square.
